Established in 1932, Gregory Pollard with its famous Magicfit brand and
star logo is the only dedicated school sock and knitwear supplier with a
manufacturing base in the UK. Coupled with our own off shore production
facility, we are able to offer a unique dual strategy to deliver basic
lines at low price points yet still produce special socks and special
knitwear with small minimum orders yet still in rapid lead times. Having
a UK manufacturing base also gives us the ability to make up order
shortfalls and results in reduced customer lead times which cannot be
achieved by outsourcing 100% from offshore.

This ability to respond to demand on any of our 10,000 stock options of
Leg wear (school socks, basic socks, budget socks, special socks, sports
socks, games socks and tights), Knitwear (cotton/acrylic pullovers,
cardigans and slipovers - plain or with special stripes) and Leisurewear
(leotards, footless tights, cycle shorts and briefs) coupled with our
large stockholding facility and manufacturing resource sees magicfit
lead the field.

1. A re-launched, re-packaged reward Budget Core Basics Range of school
socks and tights including a new ribbed version.
2. Quality school V neck pullovers, cardigans and slipovers in 50/50
cotton/acrylic in plain colours and with special stripes. Knitted in
smooth 12 gauge, these garments can be worn on their own or under
blazers and are highly colourfast and extremely durable. You get the
best of both worlds.
3. Re-engineered Soft Cotton Plain Knit Tights (which already have
proper heels and toes and full full diamond gussets) to give flatter
seams for even greater comfort. Now in single and twin packs.
4. A revised range of Sports and Games Socks giving Hygienic Comfort
Cotton Terry feet. (Magic Pro and Euro Games).
5. Run resist durable Opaque tights in 70 denier and 40 denier. - NOW
also 15 denier Ladies - for the older girls in the school.
